Approved Home settings provide room, board and care to clients in a private home setting.
Supportive Apartment Living Program provides a supervised facility staffed on a 24-hour basis for persons who require intensive training in independent living skills. There are four spaces for intensive needs, two spaces for transitional needs and twelve spaces for occasional support needs. Services are delivered by Thunder Creek Rehabilitation Association.
Independent Living Program provides on-site life skills training to clients who choose to live in the community and require support to develop greater self-reliance. Services are delivered by Thunder Creek Rehabilitation Association.
Thunder Creek Rehabilitation Association is a health care organization providing residential services, community supports and prevocational programs for adults who experience severe mental illness.

Services are introduced to Recovery Program clients through their Community Mental Health Nurse.
Applications for the Supportive Apartment Living Program and Independent Living Program are completed and reviewed by the admission committee for Thunder Creek Rehabilitation Association. Placement is dependent on availability of space. Additional information on specific residential services is available upon request.
