Public Health Inspectors play a key role in ensuring the food that is prepared and sold to the public is safe. The following food premises are inspected on a routine, follow up and complaint basis:

Food Safety Training

Food Safety courses are offered frequently by the Five Hills Health Region.  The cost is $40 per person and includes course materials, thermometer and certificate.  Courses are located in the Davies Building, 110 Ominica Street West, Lower Level, Conference Room # 2, Moose Jaw.

To reserve your spot for an upcoming course, please register in person with your payment of $40 (cash or cheque) at the Davies Building, 110 Ominica Street West, Room #107.
